A farmer has to rise with first light to be able to water his vegetables and fruit trees. The founder and chairman of Bonnin Sanso has many hobbies because he is an active and energetic person, but the contact with the land, the cultivation and sowing of fruits and vegetables gives him great satisfaction. He has transformed some of his land into a vegetable garden and orchard; there is also space for a large poly tunnel where most of the propagation takes place.

Away from the office and daily routine, Juan Torres walks happily between his lettuce and tomatoes, watching as the melons grow or as the pumpkins are about to explode. He is a natural gardener, meaning he does not use any chemicals or pesticides that are not environmentally friendly. Using only the fertilizer from the animals or the use of the aromatic herbs to keep the pests at bay.

The tortoises are also happy wandering among the mature fruit trees, as when the trees are laden, there are not enough hands to pick everything and the fallen fruit in the orchard becomes their delicacy.

The orchard changes its appearance monthly and the products follow the natural harvesting cycle of Menorca. Taking care of the garden does not mean only taking care of oneself, but also of others because what Juan Torres likes most is to appear by surprise in the office with a large bag of plums or vegetables freshly picked to give to his staff.
