Spring has arrived, however it seems that the clouds and the cold weather do not want to leave us just yet. Let’s hope that the shy sun will emerge soon from behind the clouds so that we can enjoy its rays whilst relaxing with a cup of coffee, finishing those last chapters of the book. Menorca is an ideal place to enjoy the spring sun, surrounded by green fields sprinkled with colours such as the yellow of the “vinaigrettes” and the white of the daisies. Soon the bougainvilleas will awaken and cover the island with shades of pinks, lilacs and orange colours.
