We often talk about Menorca from the blue and green vision in our blog where one can spend their holidays or better still live here to make their dream come true. But our island can also boast of having the perfect ecosystem where we can work professionally because of the quality of life that originates from it and serves as an inspiring lead for many professionals.
A good example of this is Innovem, a two-day business meeting about improvements and innovation in the enterprises, organised by Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Balearic Islands. This fair has been held for nine years in Es Mercadal at the end of April and has managed to make a position for itself as a reference event for companies and entrepreneurs since almost a decade.
It is promoted by Joves Empresaris de Baleares, a non-profit association, with very few resources but with so much enthusiasm and creativity. It helps support projects at local levels for young entrepreneurs, and where entrepreneurs can get involved to help and share their knowledge and time.
Innovem has many conferences from leading professionals from all over the world, presenting original business projects, examples of success stories, and above all, a lot of networking that makes it a special place that is not to be missed. The most important names in the scientific and commercial areas are Martín Varsavsky, Lluís Pons (Vueling), Koro Castellano (Amazon), Juan Ignacio Apoita (BBVA), Miguel Ángel Furones (Publicis), Juan Pi (IBM), Blanca Gómez -Cola), José María Lloreda (KH7), ManelAdell (Desigual) and many others who have helped and have passed through Es Mercadal.
The ninth edition of this year will take place from 27 to 28 April.
