When clients congratulate us for a job well done, we always blush a little, thinking we did all we could to make their dream come true. This has always been our goal since we opened our first branch over 25 years ago. They congratulated us then, and they are still congratulating us today, which for us is a clear sign of a job well done.
We would like to share with you a conversation we had a few days ago with Patrick and Noelia, a lovely couple who are the owners of a welcoming restaurant in Torret, Sant Lluis. The restaurant is called Pan y Vino and offers Mediterranean cuisine with French touches since Patrick is from Normandy in northern France.
They have just bought a second home in the S’Algar area.
Are you still happy with your new home?
Yes, we’re really very pleased with it.
What was your purchasing experience like?
Very good and really very comfortable. Some time back we had been to your offices to see if there was a house for sale in the S’Algar area that matched our search criteria. We brought home various options, but they were just “not it”, but it didn’t take long before we received your e-mail with an offer that interested us and we practically closed the deal that instant!. The sales consultant was very efficient and helpful.
What was the most complicated part?
In all honesty, there wasn’t one. Our work doesn’t give us much time but your adaptability and availability was exemplary. Whether by mail, WhatsApp or telephone, we were able to solve things conveniently.
What were you looking for?
A property to spend some days in summer and share it with the rest of the family and friends. But we also wanted to be able to turn it into an investment for the future, and possibly rent it during the summer.
It wasn’t exactly a “dream” because we weren’t looking for our own home, but to find the exact thing we were looking for wasn’t easy. You made us very happy.
